1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of LD Smart Tech Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") or placing an order for our products (including guardrail fittings, steel grating clips, and custom fixtures), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our services.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service or purchase products from us.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Specifications

2.1 Design Specifications: For custom orders (OEM/ODM), including stamping parts and laser-cut components, production will be strictly based on the technical drawings or samples provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all dimensions and tolerances specified in the drawings.

2.2 Tolerances: Unless otherwise specified in the technical agreement, all metal components are manufactured adhering to standard industry tolerances (ISO 2768-m for machining/cutting, or specific stamping standards).

2.3 Samples: For mass production orders, we will provide a pre-production sample for approval. Written confirmation (via email) of the sample is required before full-scale production begins.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Quotations: All price quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, subject to fluctuations in raw material costs (steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
Payment Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) for international orders. Specific terms will be outlined in your Proforma Invoice.
Deposit: A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to initiate production, particularly for custom tooling or mold fabrication. The balance is due prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading, depending on agreed terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided for reference. While we strive to meet every deadline using our integrated facility in Hebei, unforeseen delays due to customs, shipping logistics, or raw material shortages may occur.

4.2 Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are governed by standard Incoterms 2020 (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF). The risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or as defined by the specific Incoterm used.

5. Intellectual Property

We respect your proprietary designs. All technical drawings, CAD files, and custom fixture designs provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. LD Smart Tech Co., Ltd agrees not to share, sell, or use these designs for any third party without express written permission.

6. Warranty and Returns

We guarantee that our products (Guardrail fittings, Grating clips, etc.) will be free from material defects and workmanship errors upon delivery.

Inspection Period: The buyer must inspect goods within 14 days of receipt. Claims for defects or quantity discrepancies must be made in writing within this period. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective parts.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Hengshui City, Hebei Province.
